UniTutors are asked to maintain the highest possible standards in their work, which is also rewarded through positive feedback.

  • The first UniTutorial with any student is free.
  • For the second and subsequent UniTutorials, students must purchase tutorials in advance. You must not accept any payments from students or undertake tutoring on a credit basis.
  • UniTutors and students are to make scheduling arrangements directly, but we ask that you give reasonable (24 hr minimum) notice if for some reason you need to re-schedule or cancel. You may wish to exchange contact numbers to schedule tutorials.
  • At the end of each tutorial, you must ensure that your timesheet/invoice is properly filled out, referencing the PayPal receipt number(s) and signed.
  • You must keep confidential any information obtained from students.
  • Tutors and students should attempt to resolve any dispute between oneanother before contacting UniTutor.
