UniTutors are asked to maintain the highest possible standards in their work, which is also rewarded through positive feedback.

The first UniTutorial with any student is free.
For the second and subsequent UniTutorials, students must purchase tutorials in advance. You must not accept any payments from students or undertake tutoring on a credit basis.
UniTutors and students are to make scheduling arrangements directly, but we ask that you give reasonable (24 hr minimum) notice if for some reason you need to re-schedule or cancel. You may wish to exchange contact numbers to schedule tutorials.
At the end of each tutorial, you must ensure that your timesheet/invoice is properly filled out, referencing the PayPal receipt number(s) and signed.
You must keep confidential, any information obtained from students.
UniTutors should not complete students’ work for them, although it is certainly appropriate to help a student to complete their work, for example by checking over a draft and highlighting problems and offering solutions.
Time spent outside of UniTutorials looking over a student’s work may be counted as a tutorial, but this should be discussed with the student and the student must still sign your timesheet in the usual way in your next UniTutorial.
Tutors and students should attempt to resolve any dispute between oneanother before contacting UniTutor.
