Chris 94% – Japanese and Accounting
I completed a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in accounting and finance at the ANU in 2009. I have also studied Japanese for 9 years, and spent 12 months living in a Japanese homestay environment in Toyama Prefecture (you probably wont have ever heard of it, it is in the middle of nowhere!). I have been working full time as an accountant in Canberra for over 2 years, and am currently employed by a mid-sized CA firm located in Deakin. I am happy to help with beginner to intermediate Japanese, both spoken and written, as well as any first year BUSN courses.
Shern (78.8%) - Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics
Hi, I'm Shern Ren and I'm a third year PhB student. I'm happy to tutor mathematics, chemistry and physics up to second year level. I'm easy-going and slightly nerdy, with an eye for seeing where students commonly go wrong and re-explaining things until they make sense. I also have prior experience in research environments, so I can tell you a little bit about what happens after you get that nice shiny piece of paper (and tell you interesting little stories about your lecturers). If you have trouble with science, look no further!
